To owners of software-hardware appliances that provide access to information resources, information-telecommunication networks, the access to which is restricted

Within 30 work days from the date of sending of the relevant demand of the Federal service for supervision of communications, information technology and mass media, the owner of software-hardware appliances that provide access to information resources, information-telecommunication networks, the access to which is restricted, is obliged to connect to the federal state information system of information resources and information-telecommunication networks, the access to which is restricted (hereinafter FSIS).

The owner of software-hardware appliances that provide access to information resources, information-telecommunication networks is also obliged:

to ensure within 3 work days the prohibition of usage of services belonging to him to gain access in the territory of the Russian Federation to information resources and information-telecommunication networks, the access to which is restricted;
to comply with the regime of processing and using of information placed in the FSIS, set by the Federal service for supervision of communications, information technology and mass media.
